Haim got big with a song that sounded like "Heartbreak Tonight" by the Eagles. (The Wire) but it still had it's own feel, so it worked.
But with this, it's foundation and style is way too identical to that of "I Want You" by Savage Garden, and "Never Really Over" by Katy Perry. Yeah, it's produced well, but it's just too derivative. And the beat is so heavy, I don't really pay attention to what the words are saying at all. And the chorus is sweet and all, but doesn't really leave an impression.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it better than Katy Perry's song, but it's hard to not think of it, since it came out first.
