  • It’s Still a Fun, Great Dance Song

Although I believe nothing beats the original, this isn’t so bad. There are obviously some serious Sam Smith haters posting reviews and I’m sorry to say most of them only capture the dislike of the artist and not necessarily a review of the track. The Communards remake (Jimmy Somerville) is better than this one. I agree this remake; however, misses the electrifying energy it should possess.

The newer younger generation will not even know what the original sounds like. It took a few seconds for me to wrap it up in my head, but Sam Smith you have a huge club remake that will be new to this generation ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dreadful cover of "I Feel Love" is absolutely unnecessary when the influntial original is still available under the artist name of Donna Summer. If Donna had lived, this might have killed her.

Sam is not supposed to be Donna Summer. He nailed this!
  • The Target Commercial got me to look up this song!

Just a clip from the commercial got me hooked. I don’t see the hate...he’s not supposed to be Donna Summers. It’s a good re-make! Haters gonna hate!

Who better to honor this gorgeous track on its 40-year anniversary than an out and proud man who can hit those highs! Yes!!!
  • Not the best version

When I first heard this song I thought it was Jimmy Somerville from Bronski Beat. Then I found out it was Sam Smith. It's ok but my list of best to worst would be Donna Summer, Jimmy Somerville and then Sam Smith.
