Just disapointing (non)comeback album, more like long overdue swan-song and hopful ending of a outdated & overrated sound all together. Enemia was their black album, being best, only and last decent album.

Album sounds forced. Just seems like Maynard kinda didn’t give his all in this one. All those years and this is what we get? It’s okay. We’ll forget this album even exists in a few months.

Having been around for the release of Dark Side of the Moon I can assure you that Fear Inoculum is easily and to my experience assuredly on the same level as Pink Floyd’s masterpiece. Before one becomes dismissive of this statement one may wish to take 5 seconds to review the sales arc of Dark Side if the Moon. (Which is measurable over the course of decades) One should also refrain from suggesting that Tool’s latest release can be summed up by sighting comparative statements like; “They are the Jimi Hendrix meets Pink Floyd of our generation.” Tool has revolutionized their own sound and achieved a heretofore unrealized creativity which I for one am in awe.

Exactly what you would expect from TOOL. Another masterpiece by future rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Famers. Buy the CD, listen to it in it’s entirety and appreciate great music. Well done boys well done.

Tool never fails to disappoint! I haven’t found a single Tool song that I didn’t like. All of Tool’s songs are like a beautiful masterpiece. All in their delicate, glory full, magnificent nature. No other band can compare. Tool is my favorite. And I am so excited to see them in concert next month in Tulsa. Anyone who thinks their new album isn’t as good as their previous, well, all I can say is you can’t make everyone happy right? There’s always going to be people who aren’t impressed. But I think their new album is just as good as their others. I’ve enjoyed ALL of their albums/songs. I have become a huge dedicated Tool fan. All opinions matter, and this is mine. I hope that Tool will continue to make music for a long time. I have not been disappointed by them yet. I recommend listening to ALL of Tool’s albums from beginning to end. It’s like a mind-blowing experience that you’ll never forget in a good way. Go on, try it. Maynard James Keenan is such a talented musician. Not only is he the frontman for Tool, but also ‘A Perfect Circle’ as well as ‘Puscifer’. If you’re reading this and haven’t already heard his song “TalkTalk” by his band APC, then you should give it a listen. Very powerful song with a powerful message. - Brandon
